I’m a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, based in Northampton.

Our sessions can be gym based, or can be remotely, eg. at your local park, I can supply a range of equipment and dumbells.

I can train my clients in a caring and empathetic way, whilst achieving great results.

1 to 1 and group sessions

I am currently offering 1to1 sessions for individualised programming based on your goals, but also group training sessions for small groups outdoors.

Feeling anxious about going to the gym is common, but shouldn’t hold you back from your fitness goals.

When you’re first getting into fitness, the gym environment may feel intimidating or you may not know where to start. Public Gyms can often be busy too, so the equipment of your choice may not be available. 

I have a small home gym in Northampton – featuring a range of dumbbells, barbells, adjustable bench, resistance bands, static exercise bike, heavy bag and boxing mits, for a full body workout in a peaceful and private environment. Alternatively, there are some great outdoor spaces and parks in Northampton for outdoor workouts.. can’t beat a good outdoor workout!
