By using this Virtual (online) training programme you understand and agree the following: you wish to undertake physical activities that may include but shall not be limited to aerobic, anaerobic, flexibility, stability, resistance, muscular strength and endurance exercise. You understand that undertaking these physical activities involves the risk of injury and even the possibility of death if there is a contraindication of health. You are voluntarily undertaking a level of physical activity that you consider acceptable and appropriate to your level of fitness and overall health. You have taken medical advice relating to your performance of physical activity and your doctor has confirmed medical clearance. You are wholly responsible and if you are in any doubt you must seek medical advice. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined, and agree that Matt Holland Northamptonpt.co.uk will not be held liable in the unlikely event that any injuries are sustained during the programme, including loss of earnings due to serious injury. Coaching calls for the Silver and Bronze packages are maximum of 1 hour (per calendar month). Access to a gym or equivalent equipment (including but not limited to: dumbbells, barbell, kettlebell and bench) are required to implement the main programme.
