From Sept 23rd the classes will run weekly every Wednesday at 10:10AM at The Elgar Centre, Northampton, and will run for 45 minutes. There will be time afterwards for a Tea, Coffee and a Chat. Come along, feel great with a low intensity workout, and make some new friends.

Your Instructor All sessions are run by Matt, a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, ensuring you are in safe, expert hands every step of the way.

1. Health & Medical Status By participating in “Lifting for Longevity” classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and well enough to engage in circuit-style, low-impact exercise. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, dizziness, chest pains, or changes to your health before any session begins. If you answer “Yes” to any standard PAR-Q questions (such as history of heart conditions, prescribed blood pressure medication, or severe bone/joint problems), you must consult your GP and obtain medical clearance before attending.
2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver Participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matt Holland / Northampton PT shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss, damage, or accident sustained by any participant during, or as a result of, the fitness classes or use of equipment.
3. Loss of Income & Consequential Losses Matt Holland / Northampton PT accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss of earnings, loss of income, professional disruption, or any other consequential losses incurred by a participant as a result of injury, illness, or medical events arising from participation in the classes.
4. Personal Property Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and equipment. Matt Holland / Northampton PT accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to the venue.
5. Payments & Bookings
Drop-In Sessions: Charged at £10 per session, payable on the day via cash or card. Non-refundable once the session has commenced.
Direct Debit (Monthly / Regular): Billed automatically on a recurring basis. Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
