Men’s Physique competiton in Spain
Earlier this year, I competed at the GBA Canarian Classic competition in Spain, and got 1st place in the Men’s Physique Novice category, and 2nd place in the Men’s Physique Open category – which I’m really pleased with. Preparing for a competition involves weeks of dedication, considering diet and macronutrients, an intensive workout split for hypertrophy as well as well programmed cardio exercise, in order to reduce bodyfat whilst maintaining muscle mass. Not everybody aspires to step onto stage – but many people’ goals are to shed fat and build muscle – where the same principles apply.. Contact me if you’d like to transform your physique!
